Thanks to all that joined us this May in Clemmons, NC Exploring your Energetic Anatomy. In this practice learn to clear and ground. Think of a sponge. If the sponge is saturated it cannot pick up anything. Rinse and empty our cellular “sponge” so it can absorb new, fresh qi.
