We will begin our day with gathering and setting personal intentions to guide you through the day’s activities.

Gentle yoga and acupressure points will help open and stimulate the sacral chakra to enhance our clarity and creativity. Balancing of the 7 (plus) chakras will conclude the first morning activity as we move into our intuitive art experience.

With a guidance of a professional art instructor, you will make an original piece of art that you will be proud to take home with you. This will be a visual reminder of calling back your power and the affimations that you set for yourself.

A delicious gourmet lunch will be served with your choice of wine or herbal beverage. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available to nourish the body and soul.

In the afternoon, with the Carolina wind in your face and sun in your smile you can experience either a fast boat ride on High Rock Lake or choose a gentle tour with time to splash in the water.

When not boating, you will be treated to a craniofascial massage and a deep penetrating NIR laser red light neck and face treatment.

There will be a workshop to learn about crystal pairing then make a pendant with your choice of stone to take home with you.

If you choose to stay the night, continue your time with a luxurious hot tub, a light supper then enjoy a twilight boat taxi back to your lake front room. In the morning wake to a boat ride back to the venue for restorative yoga followed by french crepe breakfast before departing fully relaxed and restored.

Schedule:

8-9 Check in. Coffee, tea and light breakfast served.

9-9:15 Opening circle with intention setting.

9:15-10 Gentle yoga aimed at balancing the sacral chakra and opening channels for creativity.

10-12:30 Intuitive art painting. Materials and guidance provided for you to create a work to take home. No art experience needed.

12:30-1:30 Gourmet lunch with wine, vegan/vegetarian options. (Please inform us on your registration form of any allergies).

1:30-6 pm Begin afternoon rotations:

• One hour boating experience on High Rock Lake

• Enjoy some pampering with a craniofacial massage and NIR laser treatment

• Learn about crystal pairing and create a pendant necklace with your selected special stone

• Spend free time relaxing in the hot tub, splashing in the lake, socializing with cocktails or mocktails, and making new friends.
