Meet Wendy
Wendy Hedrick, USCG certified Marine Captain.
Wendy works as a physical therapist and is a certified yoga instructor. She enjoys the mental and physical health benefits of gentle yoga.
High Rock Lake has been Wendy’s playground for over 40 years. She enjoys sharing her happy place with others with love water at her Lake Days at High Rock programs where she teaches wakeboarding, surfing, tubing as well as boat tours.
Meet laurie
Laurie Basham is a professional artist and an Intuitive Art Instructor. Laurie is known for her encouraging and intuitive teaching style, helping students tap into their inner creativity with confidence and joy.
Susan Powers lives a life of creative exploration. From metalsmithing and jewelry fabrication to landscape and portrait painting, she is driven by a passion for creating beauty in many forms. Susan currently serves as president of Associated Artists of Winston-Salem, Inc., where she actively advocates for the arts and supports the creative community around her.
Meet Susan
In this retreat, Sandy will guide energetic balancing with acupressure, meditation and chakra clearing. She will be providing therapeutic face and neck treatments while teaching you a craniofascial lymphathic massage technique.
